Link #15 - An Invitation Out Of Lonliness.

Greetings in the name of Jesus.

This Sunday Jesus issues an invitation to all of us, an invitation that takes us from loneliness into community. Is there any more relevant practical invitation for a city drowning in loneliness? This weeks teaching at “Sunday Word” is not only great for all of us, but it offers great hope for everyone. This would be a great week to invite a friend to come and consider the full life Jesus wants for all. Invite a frend to come and hear an invitation from another friend. We meet at 10am on Sunday morning (doors open at 9:50). For those unable to attend Sunday Word we are still posting the teaching on our youtube channel which can be accessed through our website (BloorCentral.com)

As Christmas approaches we are busy with all kinds of preparations. Most of you will know that an important part of this time of year is our fundraising through the Christmas Kettle Campaign. We are completely dependant on voluteers who will offer a 3 hour shift to man a Kettle stand at one of the malls or stores we are postioned at. The money we take in plays an essential role in helping us offer support for the marginalized in our community. Kettles will start on November 26 and will be out right through till December 24.
