Link #71 - MEEK - NOT WEAK.

Greetings in the name of Jesus.

The important news this weekend is that we will NOT be having our Community Meal (7 ate 9) this Saturday October 15. We really are trying to get the word out on this because we don’t want people showing up and being disappointed. Next week we will be back for sure, but for this week please make sure everyone knows we are unable to meet on Saturday.

SUNDAY WORD will be meeting on Sunday at 10am. We will looking at the third beatitude which says “Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth”. Yes, it is “meek” not “weak”. We hope you can join us Sunday, Karen will be teaching our ongoing look at these foundational concepts in the building of Bloor Central. If you can’t make it on Sunday the teaching will be posted on our youtube channel on Sunday as well.

Lastly, don’t forget about the pray walk for the city on Sunday October 29. It is being hosted by The Salvation Army Downtown East Church (corner of Jarvis and Shuter). We will be meeting at 6:30pm.
