Greetings in the name of Jesus.

Well it was excitig this week to see that all covid restrictions will be lifted as of Monday. Last week it felt so great to be able to share a coffee together after Sunday Word. It was the first opportunity we’ve had to share fellowship in our own building in over two years. We will again be able to share fellowship together this Sunday and next week we are free to run at full capacity. Please note we will continue to be meeting at 10am on Sundays.

This week we will be continueing in our journey to Jerusalem as we recognize the third Sunday of Lent. We are seeking to participate in the death and resurrection that is Good Friday and Easter. Each week we actively seek to “die” in some way to our life in this world to make more room for our life in Christ. This week consider how we can activly make a decison to not compromise our identiy in Christ as we live in a dominant culture that is clearly against God.

Some important dates to keep in mind.

March 27 - Jarhed will be sharing the scripture for Sunday Word

April 15 - Good Friday Service 11am. We are excitied to join with Vivid Church for this service.

May 1 - Prayer walk for the city hosted at Bloor Central.

By the way it seems that there are still some people unaware of our Wednesday evening zoom Bible study. Through the season of Lent we are exploring Bible readings for Lent listed in the Lectionary. We meet at 7pm on Zoom The link is …
